National Young Leadership Cabinet

The premier leadership program of the Jewish Federation movement, National Young Leadership Cabinet brings together dedicated men and women, ages 30 to 45, from across the U.S. and Canada who are deeply committed to building a strong, vibrant future for the Jewish people.

Through inspiring annual retreats and conferences, and study missions to Israel and diverse places like Greece, India, Ethiopia, Budapest, St. Petersburg, Morocco and Argentina, Cabinet members witness firsthand the reach and impact of the Jewish Federation.
