FOOD VENDOR REGISTRATION

Event Date:  Sunday, April 29, 2018

Event Location:  Ingram Plaza, Liberty Station

Event Time:  11:00am – 3:00pm

 

Registration Deadlines:
 

Booth:

Now through March 15 - $300 early bird

March 16 through April 6 - $700 regular registration (this is our actual cost for rentals)

 

Food trucks:

Now through March 15 - $150

March 16 through April 6 - $200 regular registration

 

Power is an additional $100

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

 

Temporary Food Permit

 

The California Health and Safety Code, Sec. 114387 requires a Temporary Food Facility (TFF) Permit of any person or organization that is providing food at a public event. All food vendors, including existing restaurants, are required to apply for a Temporary Food Facility Permit when participating in a temporary event.  Click HERE to download application.

Booth assignments

 

Your exact booth assignment will be emailed to you by Wednesday, April 25 with a diagram.

 

What we will provide

 

  • 10X20 canopy with walls
  • Floor Ultra Deck
  • Grass matting
  • (1)  folding chair
  • (1)  8x30 table w/ blue cover
  • (1) 10 Gal Thermovat
  • (1) 5 Gallon plastic bucket
  • Card table
  • Hot/cold sink (Shared)
  • Power
     

What you will need to provide

 

  • Cooking and serving equipment.
  • Additional tables or chairs.
  • SIGNAGE – please provide all necessary signs required to promote your business. (Signs with grommets can be rigged with zip-ties onto tents for hanging).
  • DÉCOR – You are encouraged to dress up your area and make it appealing for our guests.  Consider making a snazzy banner for your booth to jazz it up. Please note balloons are not permitted. 
  • Please consider offering an activity at your booth that highlights Israel's 70th Anniversary (i.e. innovation, technology, history, art culture, etc.).
     

Items you may want to bring to the festival:

 

  • A pushcart or dolly truck for transporting your materials from your car to your booth.
  • Duct tape – it’s great for everything!
  • Easels for display. 
  • Trash receptacles for your space.
