We celebrate the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment and women’s constitutional right to vote in a three-part series. Through music, dance, conversation and more, we honor the pioneers of the suffrage movement and recognize the challenges ahead.
In the first event of the series, multi-talented musicians Elizabeth Schwartz and Yale Strom will perform music from the early days of the suffrage era. Anne Hoiberg, President of the Women’s Museum of California, joins in conversation to provide historical perspective on the advancement of women's issues.
This event is free for all, but registration is required. Please register here: https://lfjcc.uscreen.io/programs/suffrage?categoryId=47206
