Help our community thrive alongside other emerging female leaders.

Powered by the Pauline Foster Women’s Philanthropy Leadership Institute and facilitated by Rabbi Yael Ridberg and Heather Wolfson, Yesod merges Judaic text study, business skills, leadership theory, and experiential application. Yesod is designed to nurture and develop empowered and skilled leaders while helping to build a pipeline of outstanding future volunteer leadership.

As a participant in Yesod, you can expect to:

  • Gain hands-on leadership experience.
  • Engage with other emerging and established female leaders in your community.
  • Learn through interactive case studies, Jewish text study, and skill-building exercises. Topics include: Your journey to leadership, power and influence, growing from failure, mentoring and growing others, vision, change management, communication, and more.
  • Work with inspiring and seasoned leadership trainers.

Yesod participants are a select group of Jewish female-identifying individuals who want to have an impact on our community. The application deadline has now passed.
