The ancient Jewish holiday of Lag B’omer celebrates light amidst the darkness and outdoor evening joyfulness. In honor of this upcoming holiday, join local Israeli chef Avi (owner of Pita 22 in San Diego) and Director of Jewish Life Rebecca Joy Fletcher as we cook yummy, traditional middle eastern dishes featuring Coastal Roots Farm produce, while exploring themes of light and darkness. To help our party along, we will also have a bit of live music...with the option to sing-along!
